Eldari Part-Time Business Development Associate

By automating grant writing, data ingestion, regulatory preparation, reporting, and internal coordination through agentic workflows, we return time to scientists so they can focus on discovery. The result: months faster time‑to‑market and measurable ROI for biotech and research organizations.

We are headquartered at the Pennsylvania Biotech Center (PABC) and are preparing for expanded MVP deployment with early adopter customers.

The Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Business Development Associate to help drive early adoption of the Eldari platform. This is a hands‑on role focused on identifying and securing early customers, guiding them through onboarding, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.

You will work directly with company leadership to help execute Eldari’s early customer acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify biotech, pharmaceutical, and research organizations that are strong candidates for Eldari’s MVP.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of target accounts.
  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospective customers.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential early adopters.
  • Deliver product demos tailored to R&D, operations, or executive stakeholders.
  • Assist early adopters with onboarding and initial data ingestion workflows.
  • Maintain ongoing follow-ups with early customers to support engagement and expansion.
  • Capture feedback from early users to help inform product iteration.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone comfortable operating at the intersection of science, technology, and business.

  • Experience in biotech, pharma, scientific research, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading demos and sales conversations.
  • Organized and process‑oriented (CRM familiarity preferred).
  • Self‑starter with strong ownership and follow‑through.
  • Ability to translate technical value into clear business ROI.

Bonus experience:

  • Background in life sciences or research environments.
  • Experience with enterprise or technical sales.
  • Prior startup or early‑stage company experience.

Compensation & Incentives

This role combines a part-time hourly base with a revenue‑sharing commission structure designed to reward successful early customer acquisition.

Base Compensation

Hourly compensation for approximately 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Revenue Share Commission

Growth Opportunity

Commission is paid as a percentage of revenue from customers you bring onto the platform.

  • 15% of revenue from each acquired customer for the first 12 months.
  • Commission is paid as revenue is collected.
  • Compensation scales directly with successful customer acquisition.

Top performers who help drive early traction may have opportunities to expand into a larger role in business development as the company scales.
